CIL Qualification

The minimum Qualification B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc/B.Sc For the Management Trainee. The minimum Qualifying Marks for General,Ews,OBC are 60% marks and For SC/ST/PWD candidates is 55% marks.Qualification Details are given below

Selection Process

The Selection Process is based on your GATE 2021 Score.No Exam will be Conduct and no interview .its only based on GATE score/Marks.The Eligible Candidates must Have appeared for GATE 2021.For Selection the GATE 2021 Score/Marks only Valid And GATE 2020 or prior are not valid to apply.

The Shortlisted Candidates will be called for Document Verification and Medical Examination. The Final Results will be upload in Official website and send mail to their Registered Mail Id's.

Application Fees

The General,EWS,OBC Candidates are required to pay fee of Rs.1000/- plus GST Rs.180/-Total Rs.1180/-.The Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD are exempted from payment of fees.Application Fee will be paid through only online mode.there is no other mode of payment and Paid Amount will not be refundable.Therefore advised to Check eligibility before applying.

Age Limit

The Upper Age limit is 30 years as on 4 aug 2021 for General and EWS Category.Age relaxation in Upper age limit For OBC is 3 years and for SC/ST is 5 years.in Persons with PWD category general is 10years ,OBC is 13 years and SC/ST is 15 years.

Salary

The shortlisted Candidates will be placed as Management Trainee in E-Grade 2 with scale of pay Rs.50,000 -1,60,000/-at initial Basic pay of Rs.50,000/- per month during the training period. After successful completion of Traning period Candidates will promote to E-Grade 3 in the scale of Pay Rs.60,000 - 1,80,000/- at initial basic pay of Rs.60,000/-

Service Bond

The Selected Candidates are required to surve the company for a minimum 60 months from the date of joining the company.The candidates will be required to Execute a service agreement bond of 3 lakhs plus GST Applicable
